I enjoyed the spacious room and the amazing views from my deck chair. The buffet breakfast had a good variety each day. Jumping on the free ski shuttle made it easy to hit the slopes, and the indoor pool was a nice touch for winding down.
The staff could have been friendlier. My toilet had a problem that needed fixing, and the response wasn't very warm.

The spacious room was comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast that offered a wonderful selection of fresh items each morning. There was a nice bar area where I could relax with a drink at the end of the day. I encountered some issues with unfriendly staff when requesting room changes, and I felt that the breakfast table assignments were a bit odd, as there were plenty of available tables by the windows that could have was nice. Plus, the outdoor pool was disappointingly small and didn't meet my expectations.

The panoramic views outside the hotel really stood out.
The check-in restrictions created confusion, especially with inconsistent times mentioned online and in emails. The parking situation felt awkward, with limited space available and a bit of a hill to navigate. One room had a toilet issue that needed fixing, and while it was resolved, the response to the request wasn't very friendly. The experience didn't feel cute and lacked some warmth that travelers usually appreciate.

Enjoyed the snowy mountain views from the hotel. The complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. The location next to the ski runs was convenient for hitting the slopes early.
The rooms were poorly cleaned and outdated, with old, uncomfortable mattresses. The staff seemed overworked and often unpleasant.
